From a construction management standpoint, the preconstruction services offered by Rewold are critical to the overall success of a project. During this time period, an architect, owner, and Frank Rewold and Son (CM) act as a team to define and refine the project scope, schedule and budget. By providing cost estimates at the schematic, design development and construction drawing document stages of the design process, the owner and architect can confirm the original budget estimates. As a quality CM, Rewold makes certain budgets are respected and quality is not sacrificed.

Construction Services

The construction portion of the CM arrangement is where we excel. We utilize our experience and modern technology to get the job done. An owner can be assured he/she will be constantly informed on the progress of the project. We will administer the construction contract, provide full-time site supervision, and maintain daily field logs which facilitate productive weekly project meetings. Furthermore, budgets and project schedules will be updated and our company safety program will be strictly enforced. For nearly a century, Rewold has built a trustworthy reputation by consistently performing at a high level.

Closing out the project in the proper manner is vitally important to Frank Rewold and Son, Inc. By competently preparing and completing a punch list, securing the close-out documents (drawings, warranties, manuals…etc), and coordinating final inspections, we set the tone for move-in day. To us, the post construction period of a project is the foundation on which we build a relationship.
