Project Description
The three-story, 160,000 square foot medical mall offers patients unique access to healthcare practices ranging from pulmonary, dentistry, pediatrics, podiatry, to neurology, dermatology, oncology, and family medicine in an upscale setting. A marble atrium stretching the entire three-stories, replete with extremely high-end finishes, warmly welcomes patients and visitors alike.
In addition to building the core and shell, Frank Rewold and Son Inc. worked closely with architect French Associates, Inc. and the 27 individual suite owners to coordinate build-outs.
