One of the first major projects for Frank Rewold and Son is the St. Phillips Episcopalian Church in Rochester. In the 1940's, Rewold constructed the Shotwell-Gustafson Pavilion at Meadow Brook, which is now home to the Writing Ring and Business Incubator at Oakland University.

Frank Rewold's sudden passing in 1970, puts Roy in full ownership of Frank Rewold and Son. At this time, Roy is also the Mayor of Rochester and a volunteer firefighter. In 1973, Roy's son, Frank, begins cleaning jobsites just as his father did before him. Frank Rewold and Son moves to new offices in Rochester in 1974. By 1980, Frank is promoted to Vice President and begins working with the company's day-to-day operations.
Frank Rewold and Son moves to present location, on Second Street in Rochester.
Frank Rewold and Son celebrates its 90th year. In 2009, Roy becomes chairman of the board and Frank is named president and CEO. In 2011, Rewold reaches another milestone when the fourth generation of leadership, Frank's son Jason, graduates from Western Michigan University and becomes a member of the Rewold office staff.
With a bevy of multi-million dollar contracts and repeat clients with names such as The Palace of Auburn Hills and Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, Rewold is still acknowledged as one of southeast Michigan's most trusted names in construction.
