Safety Achievement Award Winner
Rewold has a comprehensive health and safety program with which all employees, subcontractors, and workers are required to comply. A Site-specific Safety Plan is developed for every project, and all on-site personnel are advised of our policies and procedures prior to beginning work. The plan is a living document and may be amended mid-project to address potential site safety concerns.
The Rewold site superintendent, project manager, and executive team enforce these requirements. Failure or refusal to comply with the Site Specific Safety Plan can result in removal from the jobsite.
Rewold subcontractors are required to attend weekly “tool box” meetings to review various safety topics relevant to the project demands. Records of these meetings are reviewed by the site superintendent and maintained in project files at the jobsite for the duration of the project.
Our excellent safety record is evidenced, in part, by our very favorable Worker’s Compensation Experience Modification Rate (EMR) and several safety awards we have received from the Associated General Contractors and Construction Association of Michigan.
