To bid a job with Rewold, you'll need to complete a subcontractor application. All subcontractors must provide the following documentation to apply:

  Copy of W-9
  Federal Employment Identification Number (FEIN)
  Dun and Bradstreet information
  Surety information
  Verification letter of EMR from the last 3 years
  OSHA logs from the last 3 years
  Insurance information

Throughout the application, there will be opportunities to upload each piece of information. Please create digital copies of all of these items (example: jpeg, pdf, etc.). Once you have all of the information ready, please begin the application.
