Training room ceiling modifications completed

Millwork cleating and base started

Priming and painting ongoing

WEEK SEVEN
OVERVIEW:

Drywall finishing completed this week.

Ceiling framing and above ceiling MEP ongoing.

Tile complete in both new toilet rooms.

Painting above ceilings today and tomorrow, and will move to walls next week.

Tile starts in hydrotherapy next week.

Drywall ceilings starting today.

Low voltage cabling started this week.
WEEK SIX
OVERVIEW:

Drywall hanging is almost complete.

Drywall finishing is underway.
-
Floor tile started today.

HVAC rough inspection passed.

Mod final field measured for millwork panels.
-
MEP is ongoing above ceiling.
-
Fire suppression rough is complete, with a hydro test scheduled for next week.
WEEK FIVE
OVERVIEW:

Received rough in-wall plumbing approval
-
Received rough in-wall electrical approval
-
Received rough framing approval, pending the repair of a handful of existing fireproofing and penetrations noted by the inspector

Completed in-wall backing for the mounting of devices, signs, screens, etc
-
Completed onsite coordination walk-throughs with the signage vendor and AV vendor
WEEK FOUR
OVERVIEW:

Rough framing continued

Door frames received and installed
-
MEP Trades moving along with rough-in / Inspections next week
WEEK THREE
OVERVIEW:

Rough framing started

Underground plumbing completed & inspected by City

Concrete slab infill poured

Demolition winding down

85% Hydro Therapy Room tile demolition completed

Scarifying existing floors and started saw cutting for underground

Electricians moving along with demo crews
