THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS
Thinking, demanding and delivering safety in all aspects of our business is our #1 core value; employees are our most valuable asset. It is our policy that every person is entitled to a safe and healthy workplace.
All FRS employees follow and strictly enforce our Safety and Health Program to ensure safe operating procedures in all that we do. More purposely, a FRS Site Specific Safety Plan is developed for every project. This detailed plan is a living document—used and continuously improved during the course of the project to monitor and control procedures related to site safety. - 100% Accountability.
A TAILORED APPROACH TO SAFETY
The FRS Site Specific Safety Plan is a custom approach to safety, tailored specifically to each project. Failure or refusal to comply with the Site Specific Safety Plan can result in removal from the site. In addition, Rewold subcontractors are required to attend weekly “tool box” meetings to review various safety topics relevant to the project demands. Records of these meetings are reviewed by the site superintendent and maintained in project files for the duration of the project.
SAFETY FIRST. SAFETY ALWAYS.
Frank Rewold and Son Inc. has adopted a comprehensive health and safety program. Our employees, subcontractors, and their workers are required to comply with this program. All jobsite personnel are advised of our program and its requirements at the beginning of their project activities. More purposely, a Site Specific Safety Plan is developed for every project. The detailed plan is a living document and may be amended during the course of the project to address potential concerns and procedures related to site safety.
EXPERIENCE MODIFICATION RATE
Our excellent safety record is evidenced, in part, by our very favorable Worker’s Compensation Experience Modification Rate (EMR) and several safety awards we have received from the Associated General Contractors and Construction Association of Michigan.
